This class uses Gretchen Rubin’s book, “The Happiness Project” to explore goal setting and how to teach those goals in the student’s personal life, academic life and career, and global/ social issues.  Students will develop their personal “happiness” philosophy through reflection, research, discussions, and collaborative projects.

NOTE:  Enrollment is restricted to members of the ACES Residential Learning Community.
